CANCELLING ORDERS If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you must contact aleojewelrystore@gmail.com or call 1-786-862-3596 within 24 hours of the time you placed the order. All cancelled orders for regular items are subject to a 7% cancellation fee. ALL SALES ON aleojewelryshop.com ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your aleojewelryshop.com "ALEO JEWELRY LLC" purchase, you may exchange it for another item. You must contact us within 4 days (96 hours) from the date of arrival of the shipment to your shipping address. Any order returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $29.99 shipping fee to be deducted from the total refund amount. Item(s) returned for exchange(s) for store credit must be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear or a 20% restocking fee will be deduced from store credit or refund (if applicable). If for any reason your delivered item has any defects you must contact aleojewelrystore@gmail.com or call 1-786-862-3596 within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of arrival of the shipment to your shipping address and we will arrange accordingly return of the item for repair and subsequent shipment. RETURN PROCESS aleojewelrystore@gmail.com (Aleo Jewelry, llc.) Quality Control Department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the item returned to aleojewelrystore@gmail.com (Aleo Jewelry, llc.). Once your item(s) have been received and verified, you will receive an online store credit for your item(s) less fees associated with that item(s) return. Please allow 5 business days after the item(s) has been received for your online store credit to be processed. Credit will be issued using an online store gift card. RETURNING AN ITEM Contact us via email: aleojewelrystore@gmail.com or call 1-786-862-3596 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number Document. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions. Repackage the item(s) in its original packaging. To receive your online store credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Include in the return shipment the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document. You must send the package to the address specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document. We recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express.
